Reading this comparison: Asterisked views require supporting data and applicable measurements. Supported XLSX files are parsed locally; not every workbook format is accepted. A source work-order row is not automatically one physical failure. Cost Pareto requires an explicitly supplied currency, and rate comparisons require compatible, reviewer-supplied exposure. The free Studio may hold multiple browser-local workspaces, but these are not authenticated paid facility slots, and a local free workspace is not automatically migrated into a paid account.

Technical and commercial boundaries: The single expert-reviewed monthly sprint is across the authorized portfolio, not one per facility. RCM, FMEA, P–F, schedule and scenario outputs are reviewable proposals, not engineering approval or work authorization. Finance and implementation registers track sourced and independently reviewed documents; they do not establish independently verified savings, actual execution or causal benefit. On-demand briefs are not scheduled monitoring. Existing CMMS remains the system of record. No tier includes automatic vendor-API connectivity, direct CMMS writeback, unlimited consulting or guaranteed savings. Subscription access requires authenticated facility onboarding.

Separate scoped services: CMMS Data Readiness from $2,500 when needed; Maintenance Intelligence Assessment from $2,500; focused PM Optimization from $4,500; Maintenance Program Buildout by custom quote. Review consulting scopes.
Professional self-service

XRVE Professional · $279/month · up to 3 facilities

Preserve the Free Studio's evidence-first investigation and visual tools in an authenticated workflow. Save facility analytical snapshots, track reviewed decisions and owners, compare submitted review periods, and produce role-focused management reports from authorized historical evidence. Recurring analysis depends on new approved exports, not automatic CMMS synchronization.

Professional does not include a monthly expert-reviewed improvement sprint, CMMS-ready managed implementation packages, the verified savings register, quarterly program health reviews, or premium cross-facility improvement analysis.

Specialized consulting capabilities

Start with the maintenance problem you need to solve.

These capability pages explain how XRVE approaches four common consulting needs and connect each one to the appropriate service path.

Industrial reliability consulting

Use failure history, bad actors, recurrence, PM evidence, and asset context to identify the reliability work that deserves attention first.

CMMS Data Readiness Package

For teams that cannot yet produce an analysis-ready CMMS export. We help turn the export you can produce today into a clean, documented dataset that meets XRVE's minimum upload requirements.

Starting at $2,500

Starting-price boundary: the $2,500 starting scope assumes the underlying maintenance information substantially exists and can be exported in structured form. Significant manual reconstruction, hierarchy rebuilding, mass asset or PM remediation, extensive record linkage, direct CMMS configuration, historical backfill, integrations, or onsite data collection are separately quoted.

You receive

  • Column mapping to the minimum XRVE analysis schema
  • Normalization of dates, statuses, work types, and common field inconsistencies
  • Duplicate, blank, orphaned, and unusable-record review
  • Checks that work can be tied consistently to assets and time
  • An upload-ready CSV/XLSX plus an exception and gap register
  • A repeatable export checklist for the next data pull

Minimum target: stable work-order and asset identifiers, usable work descriptions, work status/type, and enough date structure to place maintenance activity in time. Labor, parts, failure codes, hierarchy depth, and PM fields are mapped when available.

XRVE prepares and normalizes supportable information. It does not invent historical data that was never captured. When the work becomes a rebuild of the maintenance information system, it moves into custom remediation or Maintenance Program Buildout scope.

First facility analysis
The first paid step

Maintenance Intelligence Assessment

Recurring breakdowns, emergency work, and ineffective PMs can consume money and capacity without resolving the problem. This assessment identifies where maintenance effort is being lost, shows the supporting evidence and its limitations, and establishes what should be addressed first.

Starting at $2,500

Starting scope includes:

  • One facility and one representative production area or approximately 25 priority assets
  • One approved and sanitized CMMS dataset
  • One 45–60 minute management review
  • One clarification and revision round

Typical turnaround: about 10 business days after usable data is received.

Not ready for paid work? Start with the free Health Check.

You receive

You are paying for a defined expert-led assessment and management review, not access to basic analysis or reasoning that Free Studio already provides.

Implementation
PM strategy and execution

PM Optimization Package

Focused PM optimization for facilities that need better maintenance content, stronger failure-mode coverage, and technician-executable work rather than simply more PMs.

Starting at $4,500

Up to approximately 25 assets and approximately 75 PM or task records in an agreed technical scope.

Typical turnaround: about 10–15 business days after scope and authoritative information are available.

You receive

  • Failure-mode-based PM strategy by asset/component
  • Technician-executable task wording
  • Frequency and frequency-basis fields
  • Craft and labor estimates
  • Parts/tools where known
  • Safety and acceptance-criteria fields
  • Source, confidence, and human-review status
  • CMMS-ready structured workbook
Engineering control: XRVE Reliability does not invent OEM torque values, lubrication specifications, vibration limits, clearances, regulatory requirements, or other authoritative values. Unknowns remain explicitly flagged for customer/OEM/site review.
Top-tier improvement program
Portfolio intelligence to implementation

XRVE Reliability Improvement Program

Across up to 10 authorized facilities, coordinate one expert-reviewed monthly priority and examine related evidence through portfolio failure-pattern investigation, RCM/FMEA review, P–F engineering screens, capacity and material scenarios, implementation-document follow-up, and finance evidence reconciliation. These are transparent decision-support workbenches, not automated engineering, CMMS writes or certified financial results.

$749/month · up to 10 facilities

Annual billing remains available at $7,490/year. One monthly improvement sprint and its reviewed implementation package are scoped to a selected priority initiative within the portfolio, not ten separate consulting projects.

Facility onboarding and export mappings are agreed before multi-site analysis. No automatic CMMS writeback, guaranteed savings, or unlimited engineering consulting.

Exclusive to the Improvement Program

  • Monthly reliability improvement sprint: one prioritized, expert-reviewed improvement initiative
  • CMMS-ready implementation packages: source-linked proposed work, RCM/FMEA and execution-evidence dossiers for site engineering and safety review, not automatically approved CMMS changes
  • Improvement and savings evidence register: track baseline, interventions, follow-up and accounting-document reconciliation; recorded or independently document-reviewed claims are not independently verified savings
  • Quarterly maintenance program health review: examine program condition, evidence maturity and a source-linked five-minute executive review queue
  • Multi-facility improvement opportunities: review failure-pattern, intervention replication, technical-standard applicability and cross-site outcome differences with stated comparability limits

Maintenance Program Buildout

Custom-scoped work when the problem spans multiple parts of the maintenance system and cannot be solved responsibly through a single analysis or focused PM package.

Custom quote

Final investment depends on what already exists, what must be rebuilt, asset and PM population, CMMS/data condition, facility complexity, implementation depth, onsite requirements, training, and schedule.

Final investment is defined in a statement of work after discovery. There is no public starting-price or upper-price anchor for Program Buildout.

Possible scope

  • Asset hierarchy and naming standards
  • Criticality development
  • PM program rebuild
  • Job plans and planning standards
  • Failure-code structure
  • Backlog and scheduling workflow
  • CMMS cleanup/import files
  • Implementation support and training

Supporting methodology

Start with the failure mode, not the calendar.

PM optimization is strongest when the task, failure mechanism, observable condition, acceptance criteria, and technical authority all connect back to the physical asset.

Challenge task purposeAsk what failure mode the task controls and whether the technician can execute it without guessing.
Separate observation from specificationUse site, OEM, engineering, regulatory, and quality authority for exact technical values.
Build for executionReturn structured maintenance content that can move into the CMMS and the weekly work process.
