    Human-authored methodology. Proprietary implementation.

XRVE Reliability combines Joshua Rivera's maintenance and reliability methodology with software, deterministic controls, and bounded AI-assisted analysis.

    Human methodology/product author: Joshua Rivera

Current methodology identifier: XRVE-HM-1.0. AI assistance is used inside human-defined maintenance, reliability, authority, data-quality, and release rules.

    1. Copyright notice

Copyright © 2026 XRVE Reliability. All rights reserved in original human-authored software, documentation, text, selection and arrangement, graphics, reports, templates, and other protectable materials to the extent provided by applicable law.

No claim is made to facts, ideas, systems, methods as such, public-domain material, third-party material, or material that is not eligible for copyright protection. Third-party software and content remain governed by their respective licenses and rights.

    2. Human authorship and AI assistance

The XRVE Reliability maintenance and reliability framework, product requirements, authority hierarchy, domain logic, product boundaries, design selections, corrections, and release controls were developed and directed by Joshua Rivera.

AI-assisted tools may support analysis, coding, drafting, testing, organization, or generation. Their use does not change the documented human authorship, selection, modification, validation, and product-control records maintained for the project.

A customer deliverable is not represented as personally reviewed by Joshua Rivera unless that specific review actually occurred and is separately recorded.

    3. Proprietary methods and implementation

XRVE Reliability's non-public implementation may include proprietary software, analytical workflows, maintenance-data normalization, scoring logic, prioritization logic, prompt and orchestration structures, reliability-analysis techniques, PM optimization workflows, taxonomies, libraries, release controls, report-generation systems, and related know-how.

Public descriptions of XRVE Reliability methodology explain the operating philosophy at a high level. They do not disclose or grant rights in non-public implementation details.

    4. Trade-secret reservation

XRVE Reliability reserves all rights in information that qualifies for trade-secret or confidential treatment, including non-public technical, commercial, operational, and methodological know-how. Publication of selected high-level concepts does not waive confidentiality or trade-secret protection in information that remains non-public.

    5. Brand-use notice

XRVE Reliability is used as the product and service name for the XRVE Reliability platform and related services. Nothing on this site represents that a federal trademark registration has been issued for the name or logo.

Except as expressly authorized, use of XRVE Reliability branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or source is not permitted.

    6. No implied license

Access to the website, software, demonstrations, sample outputs, reports, or documentation does not grant a license to copy, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, disclose, reverse engineer, systematically extract, or create competing derivative implementations from proprietary XRVE Reliability materials except as expressly permitted by a written agreement or applicable law.

    7. Customer ownership

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data and Customer-specific factual information as provided in the applicable Terms and Customer Agreement. XRVE Reliability's ownership of its software, methods, workflows, templates, systems, and know-how does not transfer ownership of Customer Data to XRVE Reliability.

    8. Provenance controls

XRVE Reliability maintains version history, human domain-method records, design-decision records, authorship logs, invention-disclosure records, code ownership, release attestations, and cryptographic provenance records to document the development and release history of the product.

Generated customer deliverables may include embedded author and methodology metadata, a methodology identifier, artifact hashes, and a provenance record showing the analysis mode and whether a specific personal review is claimed.

    9. Methodology transparency

For a public explanation of the human-developed operating framework, see the XRVE Reliability Methodology.
